A.D. Smith has been a bandleader for over twenty years in the Baltimore-Washington-Virginia area. His extensive experience includes playing bass and keyboards behind such notable entertainers as Lionel Hampton, Patty Labelle, Curtis Mayfield and the Impressions, the Miracles, the Platters, B.J. Thomas and others, too numerous to list. He was a featured full-time performer/musician/lead vocalist and Emcee for six years on the prestigious Odyssey Cruise Ship which features formal dining and dancing, based in Washington, DC. He also performs for the members and guests of such distinguished establishments as the Metropolitan Club of Washington, DC, the Mayflower Hotel, the Willard Hotel and the Corcoran Art Museum. For the past ten years, he has performed for the Barristers (Private Lawyers Club) annual holiday ball and all of their social events held at the Chevy Chase Country Club in MD. He has played events for poet Laureate Maya Angelou, Placido Domingo, the musical director of the Kennedy Center of Performing Arts, and for Inaugural Balls for both the Democratic and Republican parties, and many others.

A.D. is recognized for his charismatic spontaneity on stage and his ability to read his audience and perform to their specific musical tastes, blending music and humor. He is as much as entertainer as musician and vocalist. Being a person of charming demeanor, He makes an absolutely wonderful Emcee or program announcer. He can be a One-Man Entertainment package or a Big Band Leader.
 

Dawn is the whole package, combining glamour & grace, talent, and personality! Taking inspiration from Nancy Wilson, Ella Fitzgerald, Etta James, she offers a distinctive singing style that is deeply connected to her heart and history. Her repertoire includes jazz standards from the Great American Songbook, contemporary/pop music, and dance/disco. In 2006 Dawn was crowned Ms. Florida and went on to win the national title of Ms. United States. She works as a model/actress locally and nationally. She is a graduate of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy of NYC. Dawn loves entertaining, and considers it a great privilege be part of a process that brings people closer to their hearts and memories.

Born in Louisville, Kentucky, Bill began his musical career in Columbus, Ohio first performing in night clubs at age 14 and later went on the road at age 16. He appeared on several TV shows in the Columbus, Ohio area such as “Dance Party” and “Fun For Everyone”. He performed with opening bands for Freddie Cannon, Spirit, Harold Melvin And The Blue Notes, The Chi-lites, and Point Blank.
For the past 38 years, Bill has performed both as a soloist and with various show and dance bands all throughout the continental United States.

Bill has been influenced by a wide variety of artist going back to his childhood such as Nat King Cole Lou Rawls, Ray Charles, Mel Torme, Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Stevie Wonder.
Just to name a few.

Bill currently performs throughout the southeast coast of Florida from Vero Beach to Miami.
